WHY PILATES?
Pilates is suitable for everyone, whether you have a history of illness or injury or simply wish to improve your fitness. You will be encouraged to progress gradually through the different levels of exercises at your own pace.

ABOUT TASH
Hi, my name’s Tash – a Pilates instructor with a passion for sports, health and exercise!
I am committed and passionate about the benefits of Pilates and I am very proud to follow in the footsteps of my mum, Janet Butler, who has been my mentor for over 5 years.
I initially expressed an interest in Pilates after picking up a back injury and, after joining my mum’s classes, I was amazed at the improvement in my injury, as well as my overall health and wellbeing! I subsequently developed a love for Pilates and eventually obtained my qualification in Level 3 Rehab and Performance Pilates.
Outside of Pilates, I am a P.E. teacher and spend a lot of my free time outdoors enjoying nature!

I'm so excited to welcome you to my Pilates classes where I offer a system of safe, effective and specific exercises that are adapted to suit each individual.


CLASSES
My sessions aim to strengthen muscles whilst improving balance, mobility, stability, and bone density. My teaching is focused on improving your ability to perform everyday movements.

I currently offer 6-8 week Pilates courses which run once a week. These are bookable online and all abilities are welcome.
